Warranty:

Patriot 3 Maritime Products have a one year limited warranty on workmanship.  All warranty claims are handled through Patriot 3 Maritime Customer Service and require an authorization return label issued from Patriot 3 Maritime Customer Service.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of product and require an authorization return label issued from Patriot 3 Maritime Customer Service.  Patriot 3 Maritime reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges of P3M apparel/merchandise pending inspection.  Patriot 3 Maritime is not responsible for shipping/freight charges or PayPal fees for returns or exchanges.

Cancellations:

Patriot 3 Maritime is not responsible for shipping/freight charges or PayPal fees on cancellations.

International Sales:

For verification purposes, Patriot 3 Maritime reserves the right to request copies of the credit card and driver's license being used for international purchases.**International customers are responsible for customs and tax fees.**
